The "Door Chime" alert is ideal for retail storefronts that need an audible alert every time a customer enters. However, if your keypad is near a busy employee breakroom, that same chime can quickly become an annoyance.

How to Toggle the Door Chime: Simply press and hold the [Chime] key for two seconds, OR press [*] + [4]. The system will sound three tones to confirm it is on, or a continuous tone to confirm it is off.
