Mid-Summer Momentum: Keeping Operations Smooth This July.

Summer is in full swing, and even if your operations are busier than ever, your security ecosystem should be running smoothly. This July, we’re sharing the latest in commercial security. Take a look at our review of the new DSC PowerSeries Neo 5, see our mid-summer tech spotlight, and read feedback from facilities similar to yours. You’ll also meet some of the ASI team members working in the field this season.

July Highlight: The DSC PowerSeries Neo 5

Last month, we talked about what we learned at the ESX expo in Texas. There were plenty of new ideas, but we looked for commercial-grade technology that would make a real difference for our clients.

This month, we’re happy to highlight the DSC PowerSeries Neo 5.

If your business is growing or you want to update an older system, here’s a quick look at what’s new with the Neo 5:

Next-Generation Wireless Range: The Neo 5 uses PowerG+ technology, providing strong, wireless encryption and excellent range. You can secure large commercial spaces without installing long runs of wiring.

A Familiar Foundation, Built for the Future: The Neo 5 builds on DSC’s trusted hybrid system, but its design has been updated. It retains reliable hardwired features and adds new upgrades, such as a modern touchscreen and an NFC tag reader. You can now use your phone as your access keycard.

Seamless Commercial Integration: The Neo 5 is designed for professional spaces. It works with the platforms you already use and connects easily to open security systems.

We’re sharing what we learned in Texas because we know your technology should keep up with your business. If you’re a current customer (or would like to be) and want to see how the PowerSeries Neo 5 can help your setup, please fill out the form below.

Get to know our ASI employees- Cole Duvall

1. I am an Account Representative. A typical day for me includes, but is not limited to, following up with, then meeting potential clients to onboard them to our services, designing systems such as Fire, Security, Access Control, Video Surveillance, and more, and helping my current clients with any issues that they may have to ensure they are receiving the best customer care.

2. My favorite part of working at ASI is knowing that while my competition is focusing on trying to shoehorn their customers into pre-made, cookie-cutter solutions, I am doing what's right for the client by offering custom, integrated solutions that fit THEIR needs, instead of mine.

3. I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children, as well as working on small electronics (particularly retro video game consoles).

4. There is a difference between price and cost. Price is the amount of money you pay upfront, but cost is the price you pay in the long run. The cheapest option, as nice as it may seem, is usually riddled with headaches and more money spent down the road. Peace of mind isn't just having security; it's knowing that the security you have will work when it needs to.

What are our techs up to? -

Our technicians have been hard at work to ensure your facilities have the best available tools. Here’s a quick update on the latest hardware and system installations they’ve done!

A recent panel installation our techs did! The "brain" of your smart security system!

Our techs installed Gate Access Control at Townsend! Here is Josh demonstrating the RFID tags they used. All their employees have to do is pull up to the reader, and the gate opens! How cool is that?

A great before and after shot!

Our Tech Josh installed this Axis camera at ICAP in Connersville! 🎦
